Business Development Associate (Lead Generation)

Mobilunity is a Ukrainian-based and operated provider of software engineering teams. Our typical clients are European, American and Japanese startups and small-to-mid sized companies working with our teams as permanent and equal extensions to their own software departments. With our collaboration model, engineers get direct access to the client’s technical management and work hand-in-hand with their peers both on the client's side and in Ukraine. Our new Business Development Associate has the following knowledge and experience:
- Advanced speaking and written English
- Experience in IT/Development Services company sales/lead generation will be a plus (but not a must)
- Flexible and proactive, able to drive processes independently
- Desire to learn and continuously improve
- Ability to run processes simultaneously and keep an eye on the details
- Knowledge of Japanese language will be a plus (but not a must)
- Result-oriented

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generating new leads using tool set provided, prospecting, working with online channels
- Establishing the first contact with potential clients
- Markets research
- Working with CRM
- Nurture new sales opportunities
- Collect and analyze information and prepare data and sales reports
- Processing inbound requests
- Planning outbound campaigns
