The company Nemiroff is looking for a Market Development Manager
The area of responsibility of the prospective employee: searching and developing new markets and increasing sales in existing markets.
Core Responsibilities:
- Gain ground of the Company in foreign markets by searching and developing new sales channels
- Monitor and analyze the market: demographic data, prices, potential distribution channels, indicators of competitors.
- Identify market trends and dynamics by researching industry events, publications and analytics data.
- Track key market players, their achievements, needs. Suggest potential ideas for cooperation with them. Negotiate with potential partners and clients.
- Assess potential risks and business opportunities based on market research data, statistics, external analytical data.
- Determine the most promising market segments and priority development areas
- Develop and implement a strategy for the development of new markets, focused both on financial profit and the formation of a positive image of the Company
- Pitch an ideas for optimizing strategies in existing markets, allowing you to expand your presence and increase profits
- Develop business plans and marketing strategies for specific market segments, calculate ROI based on the dynamics of this market
- Find and implement opportunities to promote the product in the markets of presence: select the optimal sites for placing the Company's advertising materials, negotiate and conclude contracts for advertising campaigns in the media, organize trade marketing activities, events, etc.
- Increase the volume of products sold in this market
- Constantly expand the client base
- Create and maintain reports reflecting both the state of the market as a whole and the performance indicators of its work
Core Competencies:
- Successful work experience in a similar position from 5 years in FMCG companies of international level
- Strategic thinking, experience in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies
- Analytical thinking. Possession of advanced methods and analysis tools, knowledge of marketing and statistical research methods
- High communication and presentation skills, mastery of negotiation and sales techniques. Successful experience of independent negotiation at the level of business owners.
- English: Advanced
- Willingness to travel
