To increase guest satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt, trouble free and courteous food & beverage service to guests in the restaurant (banquet) in line with departmental and hotel guidelines and service concepts.
Main Responsibilities:
- To provide efficient, prompt, courteous, trouble free and proactive service to guests
- To be a committed Team member of Food & Beverages Department
- All work is conducted in line with the hotel's guidelines and Radisson Blu corporate guidelines and service concepts.
