Front office Supervisor (night shifts)

We are currently recruiting an Night Auditor for Radisson Blu Hotel, Kyiv Centre. The main responsibilities are to provide a prompt service to our guests and to ensure their security. As part of our Front Office team we expect our Night Team to be efficient, prompt, and provide a courteous, trouble free service to our guests in the absence of the Departmental Managers and limited staff during the night, in line with companies guidelines and standards. In detail this means:

• Co-ordination of all duties of the Front Office during the night
• Closure and balance of accounts with reporting to accounting department
• Responsible for the hotel secrutity at night
• Maintaining high quality standards
• General administration

Requirements

We are looking for a person who has previous experience from reception and a good command of Opera hotel system. Fluent written and spoken English is required and additional languages are considered advantageous. Furthermore we are looking for a person who has strong decision making skills and a positive service attitude. This is a very challenging job and will definitely be interesting and rewarding. The personality for this challenge has to be motivated, open minded, be a team player and be ambitious.
