Humanitarian Aid Coordinator

Oximio founded in 2004, covering multiple geographic areas provides the entire range of logistics services for clinical trials while ensuring the highest standards of operation in 9 countries.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Properly communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders involved in our humanitarian initiatives.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders.
• Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting mechanisms to track the progress of humanitarian projects.
• Collect and analyse data on project outcomes.
• Prepare detailed reports and case studies to demonstrate the impact of our work.
• Research and identify potential humanitarian sponsors and donors.
• · Initiate discussions between sponsors and CEO.
• Pitch and present our humanitarian initiatives to potential sponsors, leveraging sales skills or experience.
• Focusing primarily on the region of Ukraine but also other countries.
• Cultivate and maintain connections with existing sponsors/donors.
• Handle formalities and documentation related to donations.
• Ensure timely reporting to donors on the impact of their contributions.
• Coordinate the logistics of goods and donations.
• Identify and manage destination points for aid distribution.
• Maintain strong connections with distribution partners.
• Communicate deliveries to destination points.
• Ensure documentation and capture of good news stories and photos for publishing.
• Contribute to the development of humanitarian capabilities in Ukraine and other target countries.
• Support the organization’s commitment to sustainable development goals.
• Promote social impact initiatives and activities.
• Create and manage social media accounts and profiles for the organization to raise awareness of our humanitarian activities.
• Regularly update social media platforms with engaging content, including photos, videos, and compelling narratives about our work.
• Respond to enquiries and engage with followers to foster a supportive and informed online community.
• Collaborate with the communications team to develop social media strategies that align with our organizational goals and messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
• Sales or fundraising experience is a plus.
• Passion for humanitarian efforts and social impact.
• Proficiency in English and Ukrainian languages (spoken and written).
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

• Official employment due to Ukrainian legislation.
• Official salary, 2 times per month payments.
• Working hours: Monday- Friday, from 9:00-18:00.
