HR Business Partner

Oximio founded in 2004, covering multiple geographic areas provides the entire range of logistics services for clinical trials while ensuring the highest standards of operation in 9 countries. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be a single point of contact for managers and employees on HR topics.
• Provide guidance and coaching to managers on HR fundamentals, employee relations, and more.
• Partner with MD/Country Operation Manager on talent acquisition and retention strategies.
• Actively shape and promote Oximio's culture.
• Support units in managing changes and transformations.
• Actively contribute to global development and engagement programs.
• Act as an active member of our HR team, fostering collaboration and sharing insights.
• Analyze HR metrics to drive data-driven decision-making.
• Coordinate performance management and global engagement surveys.
• Administer recruitment activities and support onboarding.
• Advocate for Oximio in employment markets.

QUALIFICATION:

• Higher education (bachelor’s degree)
• Minimum three years as an HR generalist/business partner in a multinational environment.
• Willingness to work in a family-run, quality-oriented business environment.
• Strong team player with a focus on delivering excellent service quality.
• Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
• Appreciation of diversity and inclusion.
• Familiarity with quality standards and processes.
• Strong proficiency in English (at least intermediate)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advantage: Coaching and development skills.

• Working hours: Monday- Friday, from 9:00-18:00.
