IT Recruiter

We are looking for a highly skilled and friendly IT recruiter :)

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
• Experience of successful closing technical positions Senior+ level
• Experience in direct search and headhunting
• Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn, Djinni
• Understanding of Outsource/Outstaff processes
• Results oriented, proactive, self-initiative, easy-learning
• Upper-Intermediate English level
• Strong understanding of the full cycle of HR processes (Onboarding, C&B, Performance, HR records keeping, Events &HR branding)

Responsibilities:

• Sourcing for technical positions using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, internal database etc.)
• Prescreen appropriate candidates and present them to the hiring team
• Communication with candidates on daily basis
• Updating and maintaining CV's database
• Conducting technical and other types of interviews
• Providing feedbacks on time
• Work productively in recruitment team to achieve team goal
• Performing some administrative tasks
