About position:

A growing product team, dedicated for solutions of eSports and Sport are looking for an experienced digital performance marketing specialist to negotiate and buy advertising inventory for our product. You will ensure that ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the lowest possible prices. In this role, you should be an effective negotiator, critical thinker and able to establish trust and build rapport with ad networks, website owners, and media professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

Compare and negotiate rates, ad space, and airtime
Optimize plans and budgets according to the best media mix
Prepare schedules and adjust when needed
Experiment with new platforms and channels
Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately
Monitor costs and return on investment
Build long-term relationships with traffic providers
Compile weekly/monthly reportsIdentify new channels and plan media campaigns

Requirements:

English - Upper intermidiate
Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as Media Buyer or similar role
Experience in flat fee, CPM, CPC, and CPA campaigns
Working knowledge of web analytics software
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Organizational and multitasking abilities
Attention to detail and critical thinking skills
It would be a great advantage if you have an interest in esport or have a real passion for all sport
