Project Coordinator


    What you'll do:

    - Manage processes;
    - Manage and organize meetings and appointments;
    - Taking meeting minutes/creating follow-ups;
    - Coordinate projects and events;
    - Manage databases and fill systems;
    - Implement and maintain procedures and administrative processes;
    - Provide different reports, presentations and briefs;
    - Communicate with other executives on behalf of the manager.
