Middle Legal Counsel (Corporate Practice)

Job responsibilities:

• developing corporate structures in foreign jurisdictions and their support, including coordination with foreign lawyers, international tax advisors, and service providers;
• advising on general corporate matters;
• searching for new bank solutions and opening bank accounts;
• negotiating with representatives of banks and financial institutions;
• completing bank applications as a part of the opening bank account;
• legal assistance in conducting legal due diligence as a part of the opening bank account.

Key requirements:

• outstanding academic credentials from a top Ukrainian law school;
• strong knowledge of corporate law concepts;
• ability to draft clear and concise correspondence, documents in English, Ukrainian, Russian;
• strong analytical, legal writing, and research skills;
• proficiency in English, Russian, and Ukrainian is a must;
• excellent interpersonal skills;
• proactive approach to work, initiative;
• ability and willingness to study.

Additional experience and skills:

• 2-4 years of work experience at a law firm or as an in-house lawyer at a large company is an advantage;
• knowledge of basic concepts of accounting, corporate finance and business is an advantage.
