Must have:

  • LinkedIn Profile
  • University degree
  • Very good MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Fluency in English
  • Willing to learn, high engagement and commitment, can-do attitude, certain «seniority» to be able to deal with CV’s of candidates.

Your responsibilities

  • Screen applications by reviewing resumes.
  • Work closely with managers to understand the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
  • Create, maintain, and manage requisitions and applicants in our global Talent Management System.
  • Release job postings on our website (WordPress) and job boards (i.e., LinkedIn)
  • Create a monthly list of Birthdays, Anniversaries, Joiners, and Leavers
  • Collaborate and active role in different HR projects like evaluation of new HR software tool.
