RTA Manager (MS Excel, English)

BPO Nextdoor is looking for a specialist who is fluent in English (both verbal and in writing) as well as has a good knowledge of MS Excel. This specialist will work as a real-time analyst with our customer’s contact center.

Within the RTA team your main focus will be to provide the most efficient way of working for our partners, by monitoring and analyzing real-time traffic and communicate to our partners to keep/reach all service levels and goals. Requirements:

• Upper-intermediate level of English (written and spoken) is a must
• A good level of MS Excel (formulas, VBA)
• Proactivity, strong analytical and communication skills
• Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

• Working with the internal Workforce and Partner Management to find the best strategy to face present and upcoming challenges, providing ad hoc suggestions
• Planning and organizing the daily tasks to ensure an efficient and cost-conscious traffic management
• Monitoring daily adherence and providing feedback to improve the overall situation
• Providing advice on the capacity for the upcoming period in a structured way
• Support/participation in process automation and implementation to optimize the use of resources
• Monitoring and analysis of the most important performance indicators and trends for deployment recommendations, planning and adaptation of resource needs
