Intern IT Lawyer

You will be assisting an in-house Legal Counsel on various legal matters.

Requirements

• 0,5 year experience in a relevant position;
• English - at least Upper-intermediate level;
• Fundamental theoretical training in law, analytical and research skills;
• Experience in moot court competitions;
• Interest in international contract law and dispute resolution, technology, IP, data protection
• Attention to detail, strong writing skills;
• Critical and structured thinking;
• Proactive attitude;
• Ability to contribute individually as well as part of a team;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other corporate documentation;
• Preparation of legal opinions;
• Legal support of business activities of the company;
• Draft legal papers, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents as needed;
• Research and anticipate legal risks.
