Sales Assistant

We are looking for a Sales Assistant (Technical Support).

Technical literacy, ability to communicate, find and present the necessary information, knowledge of Excel, knowledge of English will be an advantage. 

Requirements:

• Higher technical education or a student of the last year of study
• Understanding of technical documentation, drawings, calculations
• Ability to make presentations, tables, graphs, reports, etc.
• Competent oral and written language, business communications skills (Ukrainian, Russian, English)
• Ability to communicate (by phone and directly, )
• MS Excel deep knowledge

Core responsibilities 

• Calculations, substantiation, making presentations,
• Searching, collection of information and its structuring,
• Processing of applications for the supply of goods, preparation of commercial proposals and other documentation for the sales department,
• Communication with clients,
• Execution of instructions of the head of department.
• Other tasks.
