Sales assistant

Responsibilities:

• Supporting commercial and customer service team in Ukraine and if needed - cooperate with other offices of DuPont in EMEA;
• Collecting and processing documentation (product specifications, safety datasheets, application guides, etc.)
• Providing support to customers and account managers via SalesForce (creating cases with customers request to be solved by different application specialists; creating and managing of customer accounts; fill-in sales opportunities, etc.)
• Assisting in Regulatory activity (preparing declarations and labels for products, communication with team concerning labeling implementation process; preparing different documentation for state authorities (origin, composition etc.).
• Providing both writing and oral translation support (presentations and all the other marketing materials; customer meetings with foreign application specialists, etc)
• Travel management for team and customers • (hotel and tickets booking, visa support);
• Cooperation with suppliers and contracts administration (POSM, souvenirs, office supply)

Qualification:

• Higher education
• 1-2 years of working experience on admin/ sales support or similar role
• Fluent English, Ukrainian and Russian - is a must
