The Ukrainian organization is currently looking for an experienced sales/marketing professional.

 

Role intent:

  • Responsible for the strategic planning and implementation efforts focused on Sales and Marketing Effectiveness.
  • The commercial effectiveness is to ensure performance of the commercial organization.
  • Commercial effectiveness covers sales effectiveness and marketing effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:

  • In charge of the commercial effectiveness knowledge expertise compliance for the commercial organization.
  • Ensure the plan to execute and progress on metrics.
  • Lead, coach, train and develop the commercial team.
  • Expand and improve our processes/resources/training and tools in field of route-to-market, distribution strategy, territory planning, Account management, sales negotiation skills, program management, marketing plan, product launches, sales force optimization, demand generation and channel management.
  • Assure access to the right data; that data turned into the right information, at the right time and shared with the right people at the right time to improve commercial effectiveness.
  • Development of Marketing services strategies (e.g. link between market research and marketing program teams).
  • Link to product marketing teams (i.e. regional mkt director) to deliver marketing strategies.
  • Drive Sales Enablement methodology.
  • Sales force deployment, optimization, performance by using the 9-box analysis.
  • Sales teams recognition and motivational programs.

 

Candidate profile:

  • Deep Sales knowledge including: Sales Strategy, Channel Management, Sales Operation, Sales Capabilities
  • Customers knowledge: farmers, dealers, distributors, AG-H.
  • Project management
  • From 3 years of experience in Sales as a Sales operation leader, Business development, Regional/Division Sales Manager
  • Driving license is a must; candidate should be an experienced driver
  • Good analytical and math skills
  • Excellent presentation and communication (including written) skills
  • Innovative thinking
  • Strong team player
  • Customer orientation
