The Ukrainian organization is currently looking for an experienced operational marketing professional that will drive program implementations on country level:
Role: Program & Campaign Manager
Reports to: Country Marketing Leader
Role Intent:
- Tactical execution of marketing strategies in the 0-24 months' time horizon in a form of Program & Campaign calendar
- Works closely with the category manager and marketing communications specialist to execute the tactics related to its portfolio
- Provide post campaign analysis to stakeholders and campaign team members
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing initiatives 0-24 months that enable execution of portfolio strategy and informing the next time horizon of marketing and strategic planning
- Seek opportunities to apply marketing tactics to multiple portfolios and product lines for synergistic (1+1=3) effect
- Enable marketing communications, digital marketing, agency relationships and CRM teams to understand the marketing tactics implementation plan
- Work with Finance to establish a financial accrual for the program exposure
- Ensure the full process is in compliance at all level (process followed, DOA)
- In charge of the timely completion of the program and payment
Candidate profile:
- Higher business or technical degree
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing as brand / portfolio manager OR business development manager OR commercial leader
- Experience in agribusiness is highly preferable
- Deep marketing knowledge including: Marketing Strategy, Marketing Communications and Tools, Branding, Segmentation, Product Positioning principles and Standard Marketing Performance Indicators
- Media market familiarity
- Project management
- Marketing campaign designing and implementation
- New product introduction experience
- Driving license is a must; candidate should be an experienced driver
- English - advanced or fluent
- Good analytical and math skills
- Excellent presentation and communication (including written) skills
