Responsibilities:
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating time and related information with drivers, customers, shippers, and receivers for timely pickups and deliveries
- Tracking load orders at all steps
- Providing our clients with the best customer service level
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with our drivers, brokers, and clients
- Updating brokers, solving issues in a timely manner.
Our requirements:
- Proficiency in English at Intermediate level or higher
- Negotiation skills
- Confident use of a PC
- Desire to achieve results.
We are ready to consider candidates with minimal experience, the company provides training and mentoring.
