Hotel General Manager

WE ARE LOOKING FOR GENERAL MANAGER IBIS & IBIS STYLES LVIV CENTER

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:

• Experience in hotel management positions in hospitality
• High level of leadership skills, business & people orientation, autonomy and strong decision-making skills
• Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
• Fluent in English
• Outstanding sales skills
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
• Service and quality minded
• Good listening skills

YOUR MAIN TASKS WILL BE:

• Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example
• Develop the annual budget and capital investments budget
• Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel
• Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting /exceeding financial goals
• Search and identify new business opportunities; build up long-term business relationships
• Create a positive, team-oriented working environment
