Qualifications

• Internationally recognized personal training certification. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position preferably in a stretching studio or gym.
• Well spoken English.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To remain up to date with local and international trends in health and leisure services through Internet, magazines, and other applicable media.
• To develop and implement personalized exercise programs for clients who request private sessions and for those who would benefit from personal instruction.
• To provide one-to-one Personal Training when required (stretching, conditioning, cardio, stretching — required. Prenatal, postnatal training — will be an advantage).
• To provide Group Training sessions according to the schedule (stretching, conditioning, cardio, strength).
• To ensure that company policies and procedures are followed during group and personal training sessions.
