Position Overview: 

As a Pricing Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations, responsible for developing and managing pricing strategies for our comprehensive range of freight forwarding services.

You'll work closely with internal teams, analyze market trends, negotiate rates with carriers, and ensure competitive pricing while maintaining profitability. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our business and contribute to our continued growth and success.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor pricing, and historical data to develop effective pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide pricing solutions that meet their needs.
• Negotiate rates with carriers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure cost-effective solutions for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing databases, including tariffs, contracts, and rate sheets.
• Prepare pricing proposals and quotations for clients, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
• Assist in the negotiation and management of contracts with clients and vendors, ensuring compliance with pricing agreements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the pricing function.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of pricing strategies with overall business objectives.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in pricing, sales, or operations within the logistics or freight forwarding industry preferred. 
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
