Qualifications & Experience:
English proficiency level not lower than Upper Intermediate;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Strong attention to detail, good follow-up and the ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needs
Ability to demonstrate self-discipline to work independently without direct supervision.
Ability to prioritize, analyze, and problem solve
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment;

Available Shifts:
Shift work:
2 weeks Mon-Fri from 10am to 7pm;
2 weeks Mon-Fri from 7pm to 3am;
Key Responsibilities:
Communicating with clients to understand their needs and explain product value.
Building relationships with clients based on trust and respect.
Collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment.
Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes.
