Job Description:
Growing as an online media buyer you can expect to:
- Have a highly strategic role in growing the company’s reach in new and existing markets, ensure ROI-positive user acquisition, and report directly to the Directors.
- Build and maintain relationships with Key Account Managers
- Negotiate and launch media buying campaigns.
- Recruit new media partners.
- Manage and optimize running media campaigns for the highest ROI.
- Manage a monthly media budget of up to $1,000,000.
- Interact with the Chief Editor and AdOps manager to maximize campaign performance
Qualifications:
- Experience with content arbitrage / search arbitrage / affiliate offer business models will be an absolute advantage to succeed with Adspire
- 3+ years of experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns at scale ($100,000+/month) on Facebook, Google Display/Discovery (experience with Twitter/Taboola/Outbrain/Snapchat is also appreciated)
- Analytical thinking and the ability to study data patterns
- Hands on experience with data elaboration and presentation via Excel
- Deep interest in digital advertising and startup
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language (B2 and highter)
- A team-player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- You have to be proactive, a fast learner, oriented, able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Nice to have:
- Project Management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing. Mathematics, Management Engineering, or another scientific faculty with relevant experience in the online media or advertising industry
- Knowledge of Native Networks (e.g. Outbrain, Taboola, ContentAd, Yahoo Gemini, etc), Facebook Ad Manager, and Instagram ad buying.
- A basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and Photoshop will be seen as an advantage but is not a requirement.
- Any additional skills or languages spoken, as well as previous experience working in the Online Advertising Industry will be similarly advantageous
