Pharmaceutical technologist – developer in the laboratory of finished dosage forms
Basic requirements:
• Higher education in chemical technology, chemical-pharmaceutical, engineering-technological, pharmaceutical education, industrial pharmacy.
• Work experience in the field of drug development in a pharmaceutical company for at least 5 years.
• Understanding of the stages and sequence of pharmaceutical development, knowledge of the basic requirements for the standardization of solid dosage forms, knowledge of the requirements of regulatory documents.
• Ability to plan work in experiment design and QbD to optimize formulation/parameters.
• Knowledge of the general basics of biopharmaceutics, drug quality assurance, production process validation.
• Knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel software at the level of a confident user, knowledge of the principles and approaches of statistical processing of analytical data.
Duties:
• Development of new products (solid oral dosage forms).
• Performs pre-formulation, development, optimization, scale-up of processes for various batch sizes from laboratory to industrial batches, as well as supports the technological process according to GMP principles.
• Transferring the technological process of production to the production area.
• Preparation and coordination of reports on pharmaceutical development, validation documents, as documents required for registration.
