Recruitment researcher

Customertimes is extending its HR department and now we are looking for a researcher. As a part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will work to extending our pipeline with appropriate technical specialists, preparing reports, and so on. In the future, there will be a possibility to grow as an IT Recruiter.

Job Responsibilities:

•  Produce required information within the timeframe
• Research appropriate candidates according to the job description & gathering appropriate contact information
• Document, report, and present research findings to managers
• Coordinate with Head of TA to determine research objectives
• Create a plan of action and set project goals in collaboration with the TA team
• Close trainee and junior vacancies by demand 

Requirements:

• Extensive and proven experience in the field of research
• In-depth sourcing of passive candidates by using creative forms of online candidate search (job sites, social networks, etc.)
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
• Knowledge of IT field-specific
• Strong communication skills (both orally and written)
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with ATS
