Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Agent to oversee our quality control processes. The successful candidate will ensure that all products and installations meet Mr. Glazier’s high standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and test materials and finished products to comply with all applicable standards and specifications.

Supervise installation processes to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.

Identify quality issues and defects, coordinating corrective measures.

Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.

Train and guide staff on quality control measures.

Collaborate with production teams to implement quality improvements.

Address customer complaints related to product quality and installation services.

We are working for US market, so our working hours in Ukraine 3 pm till midnight.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in quality control or a related field, preferably in window and door manufacturing or installation.

Strong understanding of industry standards and safety regulations.

Excellent attention to detail and a results-driven approach.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Technical proficiency with quality control software and tools.

Education: A high school diploma is required. A degree or certification in quality management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
