The international company –  Star Solutions, which has successfully been on the market for more than 3 years, is focused on the implementation of high-quality fintech products, their further technical support and improvement, and is looking for a candidate for the position of English-speaking Customer Service Manager. Our ideal candidate:

• Fluent in English (B2-C1);
• Without work experience, but with a great desire to learn! We conduct training JUST FOR YOU, every day of which we pay you at a rate (5 days);
• If you have experience - it will be a very BIG plus!;
• Responsible and has a desire to develop, both financially and professionally;
• A sense of humor is welcome;

Your duties:

• High-quality processing of a hot customer base from Canada, which is waiting for your call (the base is only hot!) - our customers have been working with us for years;
• Help and collection of information about our client;
• Registration of the client on our website and transfer to another department for processing;
• Reporting on completed work in the CRM system;
• Be active and positivel :)

Working condition:

• Comfortable working conditions from Monday to Friday, from 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., without delays, in a cozy business center, 8 minutes from the center of Kyiv, TAXI IN THE EVENING IS PAID BY THE COMPANY;
• Personal workplace;
• We provide high-quality training and mentoring during the entire period of work (paid 5–day training);
• Competitive salary, the rate is fixed - 1000–1500$;
• Bonuses for each deal from 50–125$;
• Extra bonuses from 50$–450$, our manager receives an average of 2850-4500$+ and more every month!;
