SMM manager (volunteer)

The International Legion Fund (International Legion for the Defence of Ukraine Charitable Fund) - is an independent non-profit organization (USREOU code 44738675) providing humanitarian aid and technical support to the International Legion for the Defence of Ukraine and other military units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The Fund operates through its office in Kyiv and a world-wide volunteer community of International Legion Auxiliary Corps (ILAC).

The Social Media Marketing Manager will be required to drive engagement by creating high-quality original content as well as manage our community by responding to comments and messages across all platforms. You will be part of the ILF Social Media and Fundraising Teams working together to consistently share content that supports our mission and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Formulating high-quality novel written and visual content for each social media campaign 
• Building and monitoring a social media presence 
• Running social media fundraising campaigns
• Analyzing data to determine whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives 
• Managing our online communities to ensure respectful and appropriate engagement
• Responding to comments on each of our accounts

Requirements: 

• Social media marketing experience (an advantage) 
• Experience in developing social media strategies (an advantage) 
• Understanding of graphic design principles 
• Ability to measure the success of campaigns 
• Languages: for Ukrainian citizens, strong command of Ukrainian (mandatory), proficient English (mandatory); for non-Ukrainian citizens, fluent written and spoken English (mandatory), intermediate knowledge of Ukrainian (desired)
