Middle/Senior Affiliate Manager (SOFTSWISS)

About the company:

Our partner SOFTSWISS, a global leader in iGaming software, has its headquarters in Georgia, Malta, and Poland, with the team operating remotely from 12 other countries. With an official presence and gaming licences in multiple jurisdictions, we lead the industry in software solutions development, offering products like the Online Casino Platform, Game Aggregator, Sports Betting Platform, Affiliate Marketing Platform, and the BGaming brand. We follow and shape iGaming trends, receiving many awards and recognition for our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Attracting and retaining partners;
• Active negotiation with existing partners;
• Analysis of traffic sources and search for new ones;
• Tracking and analysis of performance indicators for each partner: conversion rates, traffic quality, and KPI fulfillment;
• Communicate and collaborate with affiliates with updates on our latest campaigns;
• Ensure that the affiliates have the appropriate media to push brand-related communications;
• Development of long-term partnership relations;
• Attending international conferences;
• Work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing to continuously develop the Hero Gaming affiliate program for all brands through new and existing affiliate partners. 

Requirements:

• Confident knowledge of the affiliate industry;
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with unique and fresh strategies for approaching new leads;
• At least 2+ years of experience as an affiliate manager;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• English language proficiency at the Upper-Intermediate level or higher (must-have);
• Experience with Tier-3 markets (nice to have).

Work conditions:

• Work in an international IT product company with offices in Poland, Georgia, Malta;
