Associate - International Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation Practice
We invite you to join Asters team for the Associate position (International Arbitration and Cross-Border Litigation Practice).
We are pleased to invite you to an interview if:
- You have a law degree (LL.M degree is a plus)
- You are fluent in English
- You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a law firm or as an in-house lawyer in Dispute Resolution Department (International Arbitration/Cross-Border Litigation)
- You have a good knowledge of procedural law and arbitral proceedings
- You have brilliant drafting skills and strong analytical thinking
- You have communication and negotiation skills
What we entrust to you:
- Comparative analysis of legislation and case law of Ukraine and other states
- Drafting letters, reports, requests, memoranda, statements, etc
- Preparation/submission of procedural documents
- Representation of the Client in courts, institutions, organizations, enterprises of all types of ownership
- Monitoring of the Client's court cases
- Participation in negotiations with Client, opponents, public agencies, external specialists, etc
- PR activities (articles, publications, comments, etc.)
