Junior Associate, Corporate and M&A, Banking & Finance

Responsibilities:

• contribute, as part of a team, to solving a broad range of legal issues and assisting clients in the execution of transactions (including banking, corporate and M&A);
• participate in drafting and reviewing various types of legal documents (corporate documents, internal company rules and regulations, contracts, transaction documents, etc.);
• analyze and provide recommendations on a range of legal issues raised by clients;
• support the team and conduct research and due diligence processes;
• handle client matters and projects under the supervision of senior colleagues.

Requirements:

• university degree in Law or last-year student at undergraduate level. LLM or other master-level education is an advantage. The firm has flexible work hours that can be combined with studies if you are currently enrolled in higher education;
• еxcellent theoretical knowledge of civil, commercial and corporate law; knowledge of contractual, banking, and international private law is an advantage;
• fluency in English, along with Ukrainian and Russian;
• experience within Corporate and M&A and/or Banking & Finance in a recognized Ukrainian or International law firm will be a distinct advantage;
• excellent written communication and legal research skills;
• excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and handle urgent tasks simultaneously with a high level of competence and accuracy;
• responsible, result-oriented, literate, with an interest to learn and a high work capacity.
