An exciting opportunity for a passionate, ambitious and experienced Hospitality professional to join the Front Office Team at DBI Hotel Management Company. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the highest guest satisfaction, to enjoy standing out in the crowd and maintaining excellent relationship with all internal and external guests.

The main responsibilities are:

  • Ensure outstanding customer care at all times;
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor at all times;
  • Respond to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel information and guest concerns;
  • Supervise daily shift process ensuring all team members adhere to standard operating procedures;
  • Direct, coach the front desk team members to ensure the quality of the operation;
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, problems in a quick, efficient manner;
  • Control guest payments and credit limits;
  • Assist FO Manager in day to day operation of the department;

Requirements?

  • Fluent English;
  • Decision making skills;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality;
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS.
