Job Description:

We are looking for a talented Web Analyst to join our team and help us improve our online product. As a Web Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data related to website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Your insights and recommendations will help us optimize our website and achieve our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze and report website data to track website performance and user behavior
• Identify opportunities for website optimization and recommend improvements
• Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track KPIs
• Conduct A/B tests and analyze results to improve website performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement website changes and monitor their impact
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field
• Proven experience in web analytics, preferably in e-commerce or online product
• Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze large datasets to identify insights and trends
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present data insights in a clear and concise manner
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Fluent in English and Russian
