• Implements best practices and procedures impacting the customer experience in an innovative, customer centric and commercially oriented environment; optimizing each step of the customer journey. Strive towards the goal of creating and maintaining an effortless customer experience resulting in increased customer loyalty, advocacy and increased purchases.
• Drives Customer Experience initiatives within the region.
• Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and redesigning processes.
• Collaborate and maintain relationships with the customers (CRO, Pharmaseutical companies, Hospitals, Logistics companies).
• Work closely with the teams of Logistics division and brokers.
• Distribute information to internal partners and preventively call out for the issues.
• Stay up to date with financial performance.
• Identify new business opportunities.
