Piping engineer for industrial production plants (Czech Republic)

Job description:

• piping design preparation for industrial production plants and power plants at conceptual design, basic design
  and detail design level for project implemented in European area
• arrangement layout preparation for industrial production plants and power plants at conceptual design,
  basic design and detail design level for project implemented in European area
• coordination of piping design with other professions (civil, electrical, HVAC, etc.) within multiproffesional projects
• datasheets and technical requisition preparation (tanks, heat exchangers, pumps, etc.)
• piping stress calculation and support design preparation
• preparation of piping support secondary steel structure design
• scope of piping design work definition for proposal to client
• participation in the coordination meetings with client during the documentation processing
• technical support during piping assembling, piping testing and piping commissioning

Required Qualities and Skills:

• Experience working in a mechanical engineering
• Self-motivated and able to take responsibility
• Able to demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach to daily tasks
• Knowledge of design preparation by 2D software tools (AutoCAD LT)
• Knowledge of design preparation by 3D software tools (AutoCAD LT)
• Knowledge of piping design standards
• Knowledge of piping stress calculation performed by AutoPIPE or CAESAR is an advantage
• Knowledge of some of the industrial production areas (chemical, gas, pharmacy, food, etc.) or power energy is an advantage
• Communications skills
• Knowledge of MS office
• Driving license
• Flexible and reliable attitude
• Ability to travel
