Position Summary:
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of intended parents throughout their surrogacy experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, offering empathetic support, clear communication, and personalized assistance to address their needs and concerns
Key Responsibilities:
Accompanying clients to the clinic for all visits, including appointments for tests and facilitating communication with doctors
Organisation of transfer for arrival, hotel booking
Full support of clients during the last visit, including the maternity hospital, communication with a lawyer, organisation of transfer, recommendations for housing, rental housing for the couple, if provided for by the contract
Quick reaction to messages and any force majeure situations
Financial statements
Prompt transfer of information to maintenance managers
