We are actively searching for a dedicated Financial Controller (Auditor) emphasizing auditing and comprehensive financial oversight within an international corporate setting. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in financial management, specialized in conducting detailed audits, managing sophisticated financial reports, and upholding compliance with international financial standards. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker equipped with exceptional analytical capabilities and a flair for effective communication across diverse organizational tiers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure rigorous support and management of both external and internal audits, promoting comprehensive compliance and integrity.
• Lead COGS, COSS, and inventory accounting efforts, ensuring precision in financial reporting and adherence to international standards.
• Participate actively in various accounting areas, including management reporting and budgeting, to bolster strategic decision-making processes.
• Spearhead financial analytics to unearth insights pivotal for enhancing the organization’s fiscal health and strategic orientation.
• Oversee communications with external partners, such as banks, financial organizations, and advertising networks, to fortify financial operations.
• Direct the preparation and validation of consolidated reports on a weekly and monthly basis, affirming the accuracy of financial data from various structural units.
• Engage in the auditing of consolidated reports, upholding the principles of international financial reporting standards.
• Facilitate effective dialogues with auditors, adeptly handling audit requests and overseeing audit processes within your purview.

Candidate Profile:

• Holds a BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Demonstrates approximately 2 years of audit experience, ideally with -Big-4 firms, evidencing a solid foundation in auditing practices and principles.
• Possesses 4-5 years of experience in financial reporting in line with IFRS, preferably within multinational corporations.
• Skilled in utilizing spreadsheets (MS Office) and various financial reporting tools.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written, capable of conducting interviews in English.
• Exhibits exceptional communication skills, with the ability to persuasively convey financial insights and ideas.
• Features structured thinking with the prowess to make data-driven business conclusions and propose meaningful insights.
• Is results-oriented, committed, responsible, and prepared to act independently, taking full ownership of financial processes.
