Our client is a Ukrainian Bank that is starting neobank project.

You will become a member of the mature team that developed many similar projects and participate in app creation from scratch applying best practices.

Responsibilities:

• work with stakeholders’ propositions to elicit product requirements;
• participate and contribute to technical discussions;
• document workflows and use cases, analyze integrations, and create data mappings;
• elaborating and documenting business requirements, structuring complex requirements into stories and tasks in Jira, backlog management;
• create functional specifications and explain them to the team members, perform specifications peer review;
• dev /QA support, pre UAT – check that functionality is developed according to requirements;
• facilitate and coordinate demos to stakeholders;
• PROD support, issues management - identify issues and actively work with business and dev teams to resolve them.
• Technology stack and tools: 

  JSON/XML/SOAP; HTTP/REST/fullREST API, SQL (PL\SQL, MSSQL, T-SQL)

Must have:

• At least 4+ years of proven experience in a BA/FA position, preferably in banking or financial services, analytical mindset, and excellent communication skills;
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies;
• Be familiar with requirement elicitation techniques e.g. workshops, interviewing, etc.;
• Strong practical knowledge of BA tools (functional/non-functional requirements, BR/FR traceability matrixes, use cases, user stories, UML, BPMN);
• Understanding and practical experience with different types of requirements and various ways of formulating requirements;
• Experience with integration projects and specifications, analyzing and documenting data flows and data mappings, identifying dependencies;
• Understanding and practical experience: JSON/XML, HTTP/REST;
• Experience with API testing using Swagger, Postman, SoapUI, etc.;
• Experience with ERD modeling and db creation (Oracle, MSSQL);
• Hands-on has proven experience in SQL programming – queries, views, complex stored procedures, triggers, and functions. 

Good to have:

• Developing UI mockups, experience working with modeling tools (Figma, Balsamiq, Axure, Visio, etc.);
• Experience in data and data quality analysis reports creation;
• Understanding OOP or ability to read high-level programming languages e.g. Java;
• Understanding QA methodologies.
