Middle/Senior Web Developer

De Online Drogist is a large, fast growing retailer in the Netherlands. We sell products for personal care and non prescription medicine. We have a strong ambition on growing and staying the #1 online pharmacist in the Netherlands. In our Amsterdam office our customer support agents, online marketeers and buying specialist are based. Our technical team is based in Ukraine already for over 10 years. We believe in remote work and giving the team a lot of freedom in how to work.

We are looking for a team-oriented Web Application Developer to join our international team to develop and maintain our online e-commerce projects on PHP as back-end.

Technical requirements: 

• Commerce projects experience
• Very good PHP 7+, OOD, MVC
• Good HTML5, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), common Web APIs
• Good SQL, MySQL 5+
• Good HTTP, Apache, NGINX
• Good GIT
• Good Redis
• Good common Design Patterns
• Good SOLID, KISS, Occam’s razor
• Docker
• Linux as a server-side OS

Would be a plus: 

• Custom engine projects experience
• Good agile development

• Good Unit testing
• Web Application Security
• jQuery
• WordPress
