Working hours: 10am - 7pm EST (New York time)

Salary: $500/ month

Training period: 2 weeks (the training period can be completed in less than 2 weeks, it will depend on how fast you will be able to learn the information). 

Requirements:

• Great verbal and writing skills (in English) 
• Ability to communicate with the customers and resolve the conflicts 
• Excel skills
• Fast-learning
• Positive attitude 
• Ability to multitask 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate with the guests, assisting guests with their questions and needs
• Resolve issues with the guest stay or property in timely manner
• Communicate with the technicians and  contractor
• Create listing and descriptions for new properties
• Create and monitor calendar for the housekeeping
• Price and adjust the calendar for the properties
• Create monthly reports for the properties
