Company Overview:

At 360 Start-Up Partners, we equip early-stage start-ups for VC readiness, aiming to achieve the highest valuation in their next funding stage. Our services span across financial management, accounting, compliance, M&A, fundraising, and investor relations, among others.

Requirements:

• Expertise in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and Xero.
• 5+ years of experience in IFRS and/or US GAAP.
• Experience with US clients preferred.
• Proficient in English, capable of effective communication.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office/Google Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

Will be a Plus:

• Experience in a remote work environment.
• Knowledge of US tax laws.

Tasks:

• Ensure accurate posting of transactions in QBO/Xero ledgers and perform reconciliations.
• Engage with clients to discuss and clarify the appropriate categorization of transactions.
• Analyze financial statements to identify and correct inconsistencies or errors in transaction posting.
• Create manual journal entries as necessary, including accounts payable postings, accrual accounting, and calculations for long-term debt interest.

Compensation & Transition:

The role starts on a part-time basis with a compensation of $500+ per month for a few projects (clients), for each new client will be provided bonuses. You have the possibility of transitioning to full-time employment after a probation period. During the probation, flexibility to work on other jobs will be provided.
