Assistant Sales Manager at the International Digital Marketing agency (Leadgen)

NNPartners is a fast-growing international digital marketing team specializing in paid advertising, analytics, and CRO for the US, Canadian and European clients.

We are looking for an English-speaking Assistant Sales Manager (Leadgen) for remote work with a comfortable free / floating schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Search for relevant job posts on Upwork

• Sending proposals to clients.

Requirements:

• Competent written and oral speech (Russian and English);

• English B1 or higher (at least Upper-intermediate);

• Working knowledge of Google Docs/Sheets/Excel/Word

• Accuracy and attention to detail

• Interest in the digital industry :)

Work conditions:

• Ready to take people with no experience and teach everything!

• Completely remote from anywhere in the world

• The work schedule is flexible, just up to 2 hours per day

• Salary in $ (don't worry about exchange rate fluctuations)

• Minimum salary: $150 and KPI-based bonuses

• Direct communication with the founders of the company

• A chance to grow as a Sales Manager or Project Manager with a salary of $1000+.

It will be a plus when choosing a candidate:

• Experience and/or good understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager tools.

• Communication experience in work chats (phone customer support or online support).
