Middle NodeJS Developer

Position

One of the biggest trading platforms in the world is looking for experienced and enthusiastic Middle Node.js Developer to bring our product on the new level.

About the Client

Our Client is a trading platform from RKSV. The suite of products includes native mobile applications, web trading platform, and a desktop trading platform. It offers features such as charting indicators, margin trading, margin against shares, and zero brokerage trades on Equity stocks for delivery. We will be building the new platform on ReactJS. The backend is already ready, available and well-documented. We use a combination of REST calls and WebSockets to make this happen. You'll be building a high-speed, low footprint, memory and graphic-intensive trading platform. It will require deep expertise on efficient use of memory on the browser, front-end JavaScript, cross-browser compatibility and optimizing CPU usage for the Web.

Responsibilities 

• Developing Rest and Web Sockets API;
• Creating new features within microservices architecture;
• Fixing Bugs for existing code;
• Creating technical documentation;
• Unit and integration tests;
• Configuring Dockers;
• Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders;
• Testing modules and integration;
• Development of the server part of the application;
• Writing quality code and maintaining existing code.

Requirements

• Experience with NodeJS at least 2 years;
• Experience with Typescript at least 1year of experience;
• Working knowledge with micro-service architecture;
• Good practical SQL experience;
• Good knowledge with MongoDB;
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and Web-Socket;
• Git, branching, tagging, pull requests;
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (Redis, MongoDB, MSSQL);
• Hands-on with AWS services;
• Experience working in a Scrum team;
• Test-driven development.
  

Will be a plus

• Working knowledge with NestJS;
• Good knowledge with TypeORM;
• gRPC protocol;
• Experience with docker container;
