Role Overview: As the Executive Assistant, you will be at the forefront of organizing and executing our prestigious golf tournament. Your role will bridge the gap between potential donors and our foundation, ensuring the event’s success and advancing our cause.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and follow up with potential leads for the Golf Tournament.
• Screen and prepare potential donors for optimized interactions.
• Administer event details, such as ticketing and participant pairings for the golf tournament.
• Facilitate international guests with their travel logistics, from visa applications to transportation.
• Collaborate intimately with the event team and other stakeholders.
• Represent Borderlands Foundation with the utmost professionalism and zeal.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Ukrainian
• English - Upper-intermediate
• Prior experience in event management or related roles will be a plus.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Superior interpersonal skills; adept at communication with high-profile individuals.
• A deep passion for the foundation’s mission and the stories of Ukraine’s veterans.
• Ability and willingness to work in both remote and face-to-face settings.

• Competitive base salary of 20,000 UAH per month.
• Performance-based bonuses up to 20,000 UAH monthly, depending on milestone achievements.
