Development Director Corporates

"Children of Heroes" is a charity fund helping children who have lost one or both parents due to the Russian war in Ukraine. Our goal is to enable and support the Children of Heroes to be the best representatives of the Ukrainian nation and integrate them into the global community.

Our vision is to help the Children of Heroes as they grow up, without parents, to find their way, despite loss, adversity and trauma, to grow up and achieve their greatest potential in live — both personally and professionally. We envisage that the thousands of children in our care will eventually be able to lead happy, healthy and successful lives, achieving academic excellence and career success. 

We have an opening of a Development Director Corporates  who will ensure high fundraising levels from business corporations in Ukraine and abroad. 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identify and manage the outreach to and relations with corporate business and high-net-worth-individuals in Ukraine and abroad 
• Represent our Fund in front of decision makers (e.g., email, social media approach, pitching sessions, events, etc.)
• Develop goals and a plan for fundraising 
• Write funding proposals and submit these to potential donors
• Achieve settled KPIs
• Manage CRM system

What you bring:

• Solid relevant professional experience in sales or marketing
• Experience in pitching to business owners/CEOs
• Entrepreneurial and self-starter mindset
• Strategic planning and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Networking and relationships skills
• Fluency in English
• Passion for supporting Ukraine and making a lasting impact
