Do you want to improve your German and English as well as sales and communication skills? Do you want to work every day with international clients in a Swiss accounting company? Do you want to grow quickly with a fast-growing accounting company in Switzerland?

We are looking for a sales manager to work with cold calls or cold leads also as income traffic of real clients with real needs in Switzerland. Success in this role means hitting and exceeding monthly sales goals, staying ahead of daily metrics, and handling rejection in stride, all with the support of experienced managers. Expertise in B2B sales for the EU markets will be the plus. We strongly focus on sales optimization and welcome new ideas on improving our lead generation process.

We are a perfect match if you:

  • You have a high level of spoken and written German not lower than С1;
  • Knowledge of English at least B2 will be a plus;
  • Proactive, you understand sales and you have a great desire to show great results, grow to other positions;
  • Are you are looking for remote work with a flexible schedule
  • You have the ability to establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • You demonstrate success in generating new customer leads and building a business.
  • You know how to work with data, analyze it and use in your daily activities

Key functions and duties include:

  • cold calls or cold leads
  • initial acquaintance, identification of needs, filling out the user profile;
  • handling enquiries about accounting services and related questions
  • communicating with customers by telephone, e-mail or chat
  • order processing and logistics
  • issuing commercial and transportation documents
  • working with content, product catalog, translations
  • continuously improving your sales development process and demonstrating a willingness to learn and implement best practices

Required skills:

  • strong communication skills
  • ability to multitask, flexibility
  • good in English (at least Upper-Intermediate, B2)
  • fluency in German (at least Advanced, С1)
  • advanced PC and Internet user
