Now we are looking for experienced Project Manager (Assortment development) with a natural ability to understand customer needs, drive product initiatives across the company and engage others!

YOUR TASK IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE: 

• Manage the project starting from the idea until the product commercial batch release.
• Gather and coordinate the work of  the project team, set up tasks and control execution.
• Develop project plan, monitor and control project performance.
• Submit and manage project budget.
• Prepare and coordinate project documentation.
• Communicate with third-parties within projects.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 

• Bachelor’s degree in pharma technology, biotechnology, chemical or biological. 
• 3+ year experience in relevant roles in pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
• Proactive attitude, project management and organization skills.
• Creativity and out of box thinking, openness for new ideas and new ways of doing things.
• People engagement skills as well as solid presentation skills, proven analytical and data driven mindset.
• Upper Intermediate level of English is mandatory.
