Now we are looking for experienced Tender Specialist with a natural ability to understand customer needs, drive product initiatives across the company and engage others!

YOUR TASK IN THIS ROLE WILL INCLUDE: 

• Collaboration with international organization (UNDP; Crown Agents) about tender orders and deliveries for Ministry of Health of UA.
• Analysis of tender documentation.
• Work with 'PROZORRO' platform and monitoring of tenders on the site dzo.com.ua.
• Prepare a full package of tender proposals for participation in the tender in accordance with the requirements of the tender documentation.
• Registration and submission of tender offers for participation in auctions.
• Prepare letters of guarantee for distributors according to their request.
• Prepare of contracts and additional agreements.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU: 

• 1+ year of tender experience in pharmaceutical industry.
• Proactive attitude and organization skills.
• Proven analytical and data driven mindset.
• Upper Intermediate level of English is mandatory.
