Now we are looking for experienced and enthusiastic Supply Chain Lead to establish and ensure the realization of the supply chain strategy, mission and business goals. 

The position will be based at production site in Bila Tserkva (70 km from Kyiv).

Supply Chain Site Lead works on or with SLT (Site Leadership Team) ensuring the supply chain performance of the Site by adhering to achieve superior delivery performance through STADA Supply Chain standard processes, highest standards and maturity, driving fact-based, pro-active and anticipative performance orientation, whilst ensuring regulatory and compliance frameworks.  At the same time, the Supply Chain Site Lead leads the Site Demand Planning Team, Warehouse and Logistics.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Develop supply chain strategy to improve service, supply and cost effectiveness
• Design and implement supply chain models that support business strategies which can adapt to changing market conditions and new business opportunities
• Lead the process of effective demand forecasting
• Coordinate demand and supply management processes to ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with Global Supply Chain Excellence in establishing and continuously improving STADA Supply Chain standard processes and programs for the Site. 
• Manage achievement of logistics KPIs including forecast accuracy, stock management, balance inventory to avoid overstock
• Support new products launches from supply chain point of view
• Manage logistics and local warehouse teams
• Facilitate best practice implementation
• Responsible for the development, training and coaching and maintenance of a talent pool that assures a high performance organization
• Ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements (including record management) and continuous improvement of quality relevant supply chain processes.

WE EXPECT FROM YOU:

• 5+ years’ experience in a managerial role within different stages of supply chain processes ( including Supply Chain in a Manufacturing Site)
• High degree of competence of functional expertise on MRP Class A program and all elements of supply chain processes 
• Excellent communication skills: able to conduct effective negotiations to ensure win-win solutions
• Financial and business acumen
• Agile attitude, ability to work in changing business environment
• Knowledge of 1C, SAP
• Experience in people management and cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced English
