Now we are looking for experienced Project Manager to support the Project Engineering Manager / Site Engineering Head in all aspects of Project Management and Project Engineering.

Major Accountabilities

The Project Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating and tracking performance of all assigned TechOps Capital Projects across the production site, as agreed with the Site Head of Engineering / Project Engineering Manager

Focus will be on Capital Project Delivery with a specific focus on process standardization, execution efficiency and performance tracking, responsibilities will include:

• Implement projects aligning to ISPE good project management guidelines, to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
• Deliver all projects meeting the site level project tracking processes and reporting structure
• Ensure accurate project financial tracking processes, on "cash out" basis are followed
• Assist sites with improving project delivery controls through cultural change
• Define and provide training programs in specific key areas of each project, to support successful handover to end user
• Perform reviews and audits as necessary to identify reliability and performance improvements
• Be an SME is all aspects of Project Management
• Prepare and report on each project of responsibility information for the Global Project Management governance process
• Support and develop top technical talent within the Project Engineering structure and wider Engineering group
• Assist in developing the Project Engineering strategy, targets and performance tracking
• Define site level Project Management KPI's, targets and performance, including progress tracking / reporting
• Define and implement any IT solutions to improve processes, reporting and training
• Participate in supplier evaluation and tender evaluations as necessary

We expect from you:

• University degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, or other related technical field
• Relevant Project Management / Project Engineering experience (5 - 10 years) in an Engineering function in the pharmaceutical industry (or industry with comparable processes)
• Outstanding Technical knowledge with demonstrated ability to deliver safe and fully compliant technical solutions
• In-depth knowledge and experience (5 - 10 years) of industry Project Management standards
• Manufacturing and Packaging process knowledge and process equipment knowledge of pharmaceutical operations (manufacturing and packaging operations)
• Experience in developing / implementing Project Management Programs / Systems
• Demonstrated Leadership abilities leading a team aligned around business/technology/project processes
• Well-developed communication skills, able to present comfortably to Senior Management and to Technical experts
• Pro-active, motivated, with a clear passion to drive change and make significant improvements
• Demonstrated knowledge/understanding of key non-technical business processes, Human Relations, Finance
• Advance HSE and GxP/QA knowledge.
